It is normal that you don’t feel secure when hiring a housekeeping service as that is an invasion of privacy, although the time, enery, and peace of mind saved by having a cleaning service is well worth the alternative. However, no matter how, if you have to, pay attention on something below when hiring a housekeeping service:

Before they get to this step, ask questions over the phone that is important to you.  They should include: *What type of products do they use? Do they change cleaning cloths between homes? *Are they licensed and bonded in case of damage or theft to your home. *How long have they been in business? *What referrals do they have for you to call?

3 Should you hire an individual or service? The pros for hiring an individual is the personalized attention to detail they will offer.  Individuals may offer more services such as folding clothes, and making up beds, beyond the usual cleaning.  The cons of hiring an individual include, if they become ill; there isn’t a back-up team to take their place.  Insurance and bonding amounts may not be as high for an individual.  Therefore if you had an incident in your home, they may not be covered.

The pros of hiring a service is they have a team of service people, so the likelihood of a cancellation is minimal.  A team of people working on your home at once may make them more thorough.  The cons could include, the personalized attention may be reduced, and the time period they spend at each individual home may be less.

4 Walk through your home with the cleaning representative: Once you’ve decided to have the housekeeping service/or individual come to your home, remember these tips as you walk through your home: *Before they arrive, keep your home in the “usual” state it would be in before a cleaning job would have normally been done.  Many people make the mistake of cleaning up the home before the walk through.  This is defeating the purpose because the service will quote you a price based on the amount of work, square footage of home, and how long you need them to stay. The staff will be hired based off of this meeting, and the time estimate will be drastically different than what you really need.

5 Decide if this is right for your family: Go with your instincts when hiring a housekeeping service. Ask questions that will settle your concerns and don’t be afraid to be honest and candid.  Your home, family and belongings should feel safe when in the hands of a housekeeping service.   If you later find yourself despising to clean, and spend more time cleaning than enjoying a quality lifestyle, then a housekeeping service may be for you.  While if you enjoy cleaning, and can’t stand the idea of people in your home as they clean – you probably want to keep your current cleaning regime as is.

Fabric

1. Pretreat with a prewash stain remover.

2. Launder, using the hottest water safe for the fabric.

Upholstery

1. Scrape off excess oil.

2. Sprinkle baking soda, cornstarch, or other absorbent on the stain. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes, and then vacuum.

3. Using a clean white cloth, sponge the stain with a dry-cleaning solvent.

4. Blot until the solvent is absorbed.

5. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 until the stain disappears.

Carpet

1. Scrape off excess oil.

1. soak clothes in washing rice water for one night, then wash them as usual.

2. wash clothes with the soft brush, then clean it with alcohol, and the mildew could be removed.

3. wash clothes in the water that has some vinegar and milk, which also could be a method to get rid of mildew.

4. put some mung bean sprout on the mildew, and scrub, then clean with the clear water.

5. put some 5% light salt brine on the mildew for 3 to 5 minutes, then wash them.

Generally, the mildew is very difficult to get rid of. The most effective way is to wash them in oxygen bleaching. Sodium hypochlorite is the only chemical that could kill mildew and remove that kind of smell, but it is not suitable to clothes of silk, wool, nylon and spandex.

‘Plain knot’ is nearly chosen by most men as it is the easiest way and suitable to all the ties of any materia.

Men being fond of fashion could use ‘Cross knot’ to wear a tie. But it is better that your tie is thin and of single color.

‘Double knot’ is a little similar as ‘Plain knot’. It is easy to find that the former has one more lap. Make sure it will not go to be a big knot.

‘Windsor Knot’ could match shirt with wide collar well. But be sure the tie is not very thick.

‘Double Cross Knot’ could make you look exalted. So if you are going to attend some official scene, choose it.

‘The Prince Albert’ is suitable with belt collar and pointed collar, and the tie should be soft and slender.

Half Windsor Knot looks very elegant, and you see it is a little complex. Despite that, it is easy to learn from the pictures.

All the steps of ten ways to wear  a tie are easy to understand. But I think even if you know then clearly, you still can’t do a good job on wearing a tie because you need to pay attention on tiny details and be light-handed to make sure every step is perfect.
